Does Privacy exist at Work?

However, all these people may be doing everything but not their jobs. Should you try to spying on them? Is there really no better way for internet monitoring?
In the past the choice for superiors who wanted some control was limited. They had to install spyware. Spyware is the name for software applications that make screenshots, copy text entered from the keyboard, control traffic. With spyware you have more control than you would want. You might make the employees very unhappy. You can lose respect of your people, because you are effectively intruding into their privacy.
